Almost twenty years after opening the first Zuma in London, the Zuma Restaurant Madrid has opened its doors, just a few steps away from the Plaza Colón in the heart of Madrid.

The new dining sensation has one of the best locations in the capital, on the ground floor of the Hotel Fénix, a Gran Meliá Hotel in the Plaza Colón. It is Azumi Group’s second restaurant in a Meliá hotel after the opening of the Roka Restaurant at the ME Dubai Hotel.

The new Madrid restaurant follows in the wake of successful venues already operating in cities such as New York, Dubai, Mykonos, Hong Kong, Miami, or Las Vegas, among others.

Following the style of its other restaurants, the cuisine at Zuma Madrid will be based around three key concepts: a sushi counter, a main kitchen and robata, (a traditional Japanese fishermen's grill that uses bincho-tan charcoal made from burnt oak).

The restaurant will serve contemporary Japanese cuisine, using the highest quality ingredients and exquisite tableware to create a 360º sensory experience that can also be paired with designer cocktails and a great choice of premium sakes.

The Zuma Restaurant in Madrid is the latest addition to Meliá Hotels International's innovative culinary proposal.

Wow! Stunning! Hilton seems to be taking Africa by storm. Just a couple of years back, they opened the first ever in Eswatini.

Thank you for sharing such a detailed review about ethiopian airlines in your post. I am an avid traveller and keep reading flight reviews to assess the options available. Your review particularly drew my attention because you have shared so many pictures to capture every aspect of the flight experience. It is a very nice effort.

I am really tempted to book the next ethiopian airlines ticket and relive your journey. The pictures shared with the post also reflect that you truly enjoyed the travel. Great post! I also like the fact that you have covered nuances about the food and entertainment service through the pictures. It helps people know what to expect on their travel by this airline.
