Bar Margot at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta debuts a new menu, refining the food and cocktail program at one of Midtown’s most defining bars. The update brings a tighter approach to what lands on the table, designed to match a room that moves quickly, fills up early, and rarely slows down.
The new menu, created by Executive Chef Axel Torres, CEC, reflects the full rhythm of Bar Margot, from afternoon meetings to evenings at the bar and late-night tables, with dishes designed to arrive in stride as the room shifts throughout the day.
The Margot Smash Burger leads with double patties, bacon and Thousand Island, alongside Georgia Shrimp and Grits finished in Cajun cream. A late-night Hanger Steak with chimichurri and fries anchors the menu deeper into the evening.
Smaller plates keep the pace, including Tuna Sashimi with ponzu and dried miso, Crab and Shrimp toast layered with avocado purée, Four Seasons Deviled Eggs with piment d’Espelette, and Chicken and Caviar with crème fraîche and chives.
Lighter options round out the menu without missing a beat. A Caesar with brown butter croutons and cured egg yolk, and a Farmers Salad with roasted sweet potato, apple, and goat cheese.
Desserts created by Executive Pastry Chef Eric Snow stay in step with the room, including Ginger Crème Brûlée, Apple Bread Pudding with bourbon anglaise, and house-made ice creams and sorbets.
The cocktail program remains the core of Bar Margot. Premium spirits, fresh ingredients and house-made elements come together in drinks that are precise, recognizable, and made to be ordered in rounds.
Signature cocktails such as the Lazy Suze-n and the beloved Gin Margot continue to define the bar, alongside a lineup that keeps regulars engaged and newcomers ordering a second before finishing the first.
Since opening in 2015, Bar Margot has held its place as a true bar‑first concept, where the line between hotel guests and local regulars disappears and the energy carries from early evening into late‑night without a reset.
The new menu reflects that identity, built for a space where the bar seats matter just as much as the tables, and where every order plays into a larger, ever‑evolving scene.
Dinner is served daily. On Fridays and Saturdays, a DJ performs from 8:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. The venue is located inside Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta at 75 14th Street NE.

Wonderful event and topics discussed, hopefully we see the manifestations in our African airline businesses in the nearest future. Kudos to you all.
