On May 1, 2026, Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane will unveil 14 newly renovated suites, marking a refined new chapter for this iconic Mayfair address.
Blending timeless sophistication with the energy of modern London, the reimagined collection features bespoke detailing, rich textures, and subtle Art Deco influences, honouring the hotel’s heritage while embracing a contemporary sense of style and place.
The collection includes Deluxe Suites, Park Suites, and Grand Suites, alongside a Royal Terrace Suite, Presidential Suite, and Garden Suite.
Designed in collaboration with London-based studio Interiors with Art (IWA), the new suites reflect the hotel’s signature blend of understated luxury, global sophistication in the heart of Mayfair, and authentic moments of genuine care, offering a deeply personal and elevated guest experience.
From Michelin-starred dining at Pavyllon London by Chef Yannick Alléno (now the most-decorated Michelin chef on the planet), to a globally renowned concierge team unlocking experiences for guests, award-winning mixologists crafting exceptional cocktails at Bar Antoine, and a tenth-floor spa offering up one of the finest London vantage points, the renovated suites present a gateway to London’s cultural landscape.
Drawing inspiration from Hyde Park’s changing seasons and London’s cultural rhythm, the design features sycamore wood panelling, brushed metal finishes, Murano glass lighting, and bespoke furnishings to create a serene, residential feel.
A warm palette of soft greens, autumnal hues, and gold tones blends seamlessly with views of the city skyline and the nearby greenery of Hyde Park. Each suite tells its own story, with thoughtfully crafted spaces tailored to different types of guests. Additional information on the Signature Suites can be found below:
The Presidential Suite, perched on the fifth floor, offers sweeping views of leafy Hyde Park. Its spacious layout includes a formal dining room with a butler’s pantry, bespoke marble accents, a private fireplace, and an atmosphere of quiet refinement and understated luxury.
The Royal Terrace Suite is a rarity in the capital, offering a vast private garden terrace - ideal for entertaining or peaceful moments in nature in the heart of Mayfair. A separate dining room and well-appointed pantry provide the perfect setting for intimate gatherings, while handcrafted furnishings and bespoke finishes reflect Four Seasons craftsmanship. Sycamore panels and gold walls create a warm, light-filled interior that opens seamlessly onto the landscaped outdoor space
The Garden Suite, overlooking the Hotel's tranquil private garden, blends indoor and outdoor living with bronze-accented interiors and a spacious landscaped terrace that immerses guests in greenery. The Garden Suite also boasts a separate dining room and living room.
The Grand Suite is tailored for both business and leisure, with an expansive terrace, open plan living and dining areas, and warm gold finishes that create a calm yet contemporary atmosphere.
Several suites can be interconnected, offering the option to convert into expansive two- or three-bedroom residences - ideal for families or groups travelling together. Every suite booking includes thoughtful touches designed to enhance comfort and personalise the experience:
