TAAG Angola Airlines will introduce a new baggage policy from 1 January, 2024. The new baggage policy will provide greater convenience and options for passengers.
Under the new policy, passengers can purchase extra baggage, with no limitations regarding the number of items. They can also benefit from lower taxes if the extra baggage is purchased before the travel date.
Personal items, hand luggage and hold luggage authorized formats/dimensions have been revised to provide more flexibility and options for travellers.
More items are now allowed as baggage, including musical instruments, sporting equipment, pets, or perishable goods, as long as they comply with the airline’s baggage terms & conditions, including format, weight, packaging, and complying with the destination country's regulatory requirements.
Passengers and customers are invited to familiarize themselves with the new terms and conditions at www.taag.com.
With the new baggage policy, TAAG Angola is affirming its position as a customer-oriented airline, deeply committed to providing passengers with more agile and flexible services.
