Michel Roth Creates New Menus For Air France First Class


From January to March 2019, Michel Roth, one of France’s Michelin-starred and multi-award winning chefs, will bring seven new gourmet creations for Air France first class customers.

The new dishes can be enjoyed in Air France’s la Première cabin on board the airline’s long-haul flights on departure from Paris CDG airport.

In January 2019, passengers enjoyed free-range poultry glazed in rare pepper and citrus honey, served with caramelized pineapple and mango and slow-cooked vegetable sticks as well as Duet of shrimp and squid in a tarragon lobster sauce, sautéed baby spinach and Camargue red rice.

In February 2019, they will enjoy Beef tenderloin, pan-fried foie gras in a truffle sauce accompanied with asparagus, ceps and truffles and Pan-fried scallops with tartuffon, golden polenta and mange-tout peas.

In March 2019, they will enjoy brill in creamy mussel juice with stewed mixed green vegetables, chicken supreme with olives and black truffles, poivrade artichokes and macaroni gratin and Stewed verbena veal, vegetable fricassee and morel mushrooms.
