Ethiopian Airlines has launched a newly redesigned ShebaMiles Frequent Flyer Program web page to improve customers’ online experience in terms of ease of use.

Data quality and better control on account management through enhanced self-service options have also been improved on.

The new ShebaMiles web page, among other features, incorporates digital card download option, reduced number of fields for enrolment process, tool tips, improved validations and supplementary information for each field, tier upgrade calculator and custom navigation for better user experience.

Accoeding to the airlines, the revamped ShebaMiles Frequent Flyer Program focuses on enhancing customers’ experience; improved self service capability, easy online retro claiming process, fast search and navigation with streamlined support information.
