Shai Salon at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach has unveilled Taste of Shai, a brand-new gourmet experience that is the newest addition to Shai Salon’s delicious culinary offerings.
Light, modern, and bright, Taste of Shai is the brand-new menu at Shai Salon that brings a touch of class to the Dubai lunch scene. Developed by Chefs Pedro Samper and Jinwon Seo, Taste of Shai is full of perfectly plated dishes that can be served in a maximum of 30 minutes for two courses, amid the intricate interiors of the restaurant.
The menu expertly blends a kaleidoscope of colourful and flavourful notes from an array of time-honoured cuisines as diverse as Arabic, Japanese, and Italian. These incredible combinations, at the creative hands of Chefs Samper and Seo, have gone on to spark the creation of mouth-watering dishes such as the burrata salad with zaatar pesto, and the Norwegian salmon “tataki.”
The menu wonderfully incorporates a masterful blend of seasonal and balanced ingredients. For the spring season, Taste of Shai recently featured white asparagus soup, a seasonal delight that took centre stage as a light and creamy spin on the timeless classic.
Starting from just AED 150 for a two-course meal, and AED 180 for a three-course meal, and inclusive of coffee or tea, impossibly good food prepared in no time and an alluring coffee menu to boot, make Taste of Shai one of the best spots for a flavoursome lunch in the neighbourhood. And what’s more, the ever-changing menu means guests can sample a new dish every month.

Prices in the Sol Torremolinos Don Pablo are the same than two weeks ago.
Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
