Qatar Airways Scoops 2021 APEX Five Star Airline Rating

Qatar Airways has received the 2021 Airline Passenger Experience Association’s (APEX) Five Star Global Official Airline Rating. The Award Ceremony was held virtually on 9 December, 2020.

Over the past year, APEX certified nearly one million flights rated by passengers across more than 600 airlines from around the world.

The APEX Official Airline Ratings were created based on neutral, third-party passenger feedback and insights gathered through APEX’s partnership with TripIt from Concur, the world’s highest-rated travel-organizing app.

Using a five-star scale, nearly one million flights were rated by passengers across more than 600 airlines from around the world. The APEX Official Airline Ratings were independently certified by a professional external auditing company.

Qatar Airways’ onboard safety measures for passengers and cabin crew include the provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for cabin crew and a complimentary protective kit and disposable face shields for passengers.

Currently, Qatar Airways currently operates more than 700 weekly flights to over 100 destinations across the globe. By the end of winter, it plans to rebuild its network to 126 destinations.
