Mei Ume’s newly appointed Chef de Cuisine Peter Ho has announced the launch of a bold new menu at the restaurant located within Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square.

Paying homage to the restaurant’s culinary roots while pushing the boundaries of creativity, the menu will feature traditional Chinese and Japanese dishes and flavours brought to life with an elevated, modern twist.

• Peking Duck with Caviar: Chef Peter’s take on an icon. Succulent roast duck is complemented by luxurious caviar, offering an indulgent contrast of textures and flavours.
