Driven by imagination, innovation and mythical characters, the newly launched cocktail menu at Hendricks Bar at Four Seasons Resort Dubai takes guests back in time and brings them a whole new experience.
Inspired by fictional world traveller Sir James Hendricks and the interesting personalities he might have encountered during his adventures, the menu itself depicts treasured recipes scribbled in his weathered moleskin.
Timothy Rosete, Head Mixologist at Four Seasons Resort Dubai and avid cocktail historian, imagined Sir Hendricks’ recipes and explored ways of turning classics into new, fresh cocktails with a contemporary twist.
The new menu offers an exciting selection of sophisticated creations, boasting high quality ingredients and craftily paired spirits. Experimenting with in-house blended local elements, including spices and botanicals, the bar team envisioned a menu in which "less is more."
Clean colours, detailed garnishes, alchemies and chic appearance are fundamentals that make the artisanal cocktails unique at Hendricks Bar.
Aiming to surprise and create wonder, the new menu tells stories of Sir James’ escapades with some of history's most prominent figures.

Prices in the Sol Torremolinos Don Pablo are the same than two weeks ago.
Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
