Ethiopian Airlines Offers Unlimited Free Date Change

To give passengers more peace of mind, Ethiopian Airlines is offering unlimited free date change for all tickets issued before 31 December, 2021 and for travel up to 31 March, 2022.

Passengers can make change requests free of charge through Ethiopian Airlines sales offices, Global Call Centre (GCC), and travel agencies from which tickets were purchased.

Change request can also be performed online for tickets that were originally purchased online via Ethiopian Airlines website and the airline's Mobile app.

To be exempted from no-show fee, reservations shall be cancelled, and ticket shall be exchanged with new travel date at least one day before the original departure date.

Over the years, Ethiopian Airlines has been in the forefront of providing excellent services to passengers, both on ground and on board the flights.

Recently, the airline introduced 'My Sheba Space' a new digital option designed to enhance the onboard experience of economy class passengers.
