Embraer Delivers World’s First Praetor 600E to Launch Customer

Embraer today delivered the first Praetor 600E to Flexjet, making the company the fleet launch customer for Embraer's next-generation super-midsize jet.
Flexjet’s inaugural Praetor 600E aircraft is equipped with Embraer's industry-exclusive Smart Window™, a 42-inch 4K OLED monitor that enables video conferencing, high-resolution video streaming, and provides a real-time view via three externally-mounted cameras.
The Praetor 600E was unveiled alongside the Praetor 500E in February of this year, introducing a series of enhancements designed to elevate the customer experience. The Praetor 600E received triple certification from ANAC, FAA, and EASA in April 2026, and the Praetor 500E in June 2026, paving the way for aircraft entry into service.
The companies’ relationship dates back to 2003 and includes several significant key milestones, including Flexjet’s selection as fleet launch customer for the Praetor 500 and Praetor 600 in 2019.
In February 2025, the companies announced a landmark agreement valued at up to USD $7 billion, including a firm order for 182 aircraft and options for an additional 30 aircraft, alongside an enhanced services and support agreement.

The delivery of the first Praetor 600E marks the latest milestone under that agreement and will be followed by Flexjet’s first Praetor 500E delivery in the fourth quarter of 2026, when the company will also become fleet launch customer for the aircraft.
With an intercontinental range of 4,018 nautical miles (7,441 km) with four passengers and NBAA IFR reserves, the Praetor 600E enables nonstop missions between major city pairs, including London-New York and São Paulo-Miami.
The aircraft introduces a completely reimagined cabin featuring all-new Embraer-designed seating, an advanced Cabin Management System (CMS), and next-generation technologies designed to elevate comfort, productivity, and connectivity.

The delivered aircraft is equipped with Embraer's exclusive Smart Window™, selected by Flexjet for the inaugural delivery. The 42-inch 4K OLED touchscreen enables video conferencing, high-resolution content streaming, and access to real-time external views through three externally mounted cameras. When paired with an optional divan configuration, the Smart Window creates a versatile space for work and entertainment.
The aircraft also features an enhanced galley designed to provide greater convenience and functionality throughout the cabin.
The Praetor 600E also features Embraer's comprehensive avionics suite, including class-exclusive full fly-by-wire technology with active turbulence reduction, the Embraer Enhanced Vision System (E2VS), and the Runway Overrun Awareness and Alerting System (ROAAS), supporting smoother flights, reduced pilot workload, enhanced situational awareness, and expanded operational flexibility.
