As spring gives way to summer, Brasserie Margot is welcoming the season with new offerings that highlight the finest local ingredients through a French lens. The chic Midtown brasserie continues to blur the line between timeless and current—serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, with a buzzy weekend brunch that has quickly become a local favourite.
Executive Chef Jon Novak brings his signature balance of restraint and playfulness to the new seasonal menu, embracing the vibrancy of early summer while staying rooted in the tradition of French technique.

Highlights include the Asparagus Vol-au-Vent—layers of puff pastry wrapped around tender white asparagus with fresh tarragon; and the Spring Peas Gnocchi, a bright, velvety dish finished with bacon lardons.
The Mushroom Risotto is a study in comfort and craft, while the Paté en Croûte feels lifted straight from a Left Bank bistro—served with petite bitter greens and a spoonful of grain mustard.

Salads like the Salade d’Endives, with Roquefort, hazelnuts, and golden raisins, are crisp and composed, while heartier dishes like the Côtes de Porc with heirloom rice and Charcutière sauce and the classic Steak Frites offer lasting appeal no matter the season.
Seafood remains a calling card at Brasserie Margot, where the Tuna Crudo and tiered Seafood Platter continue to anchor the lighter side of the menu. For the table, grilled asparagus, house frites, and seasonal mushrooms round out the experience with unfussy elegance.

At the bar, General Manager and master mixologist Ashish Sharma continues to shape the cocktail list with intention. The newest additions nod to the brighter side of the season—refreshing, French-leaning, and unfailingly composed.
Whether starting with a spritz or finishing with something stirred and moody, each sip is designed to settle into the moment.
Desserts, as ever, bring both grace and drama. Executive Pastry Chef Eric Snow’s creations lean theatrical without ever tipping into excess.

The returning Banana Foster Crêpes arrive tableside, flambéed with Diplomático rum and a flick of flair. Le Rêve, layered with vanilla parfait and orange sorbet, lives up to its name, while the Millefeuille—flaky, cherry-filled, and just sweet enough—makes a strong case for ordering dessert first.
Brasserie Margot is located at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, 75 14th Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30309. Now open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and weekend brunch in the heart of Midtown.

Wow! Stunning! Hilton seems to be taking Africa by storm. Just a couple of years back, they opened the first ever in Eswatini.
Wonderful event and topics discussed, hopefully we see the manifestations in our African airline businesses in the nearest future. Kudos to you all.
