EgyptAir will launch a new year-round direct service between Cairo and Dublin in Ireland with effect from 5 June, 2020. The new four-weekly service will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays with a two-class Airbus A320neo aircraft offering a total of 142 seats. The market for air travel between Dublin and Cairo is increasing, with an estimated 14,000 passengers travelling between the two cities in 2019. With a fleet of 68 aircraft, EgyptAir currently flies to more than 70 destinations including 18 in Africa, 17 in the Middle East, 7 in Asia-Pacific and 3 in North America.
