Guests at Eclipse will discover deeply satisfying Asian cuisine and dishes. The ocean-inspired classic, the poke bowl is one of such dishes with the freshest salmon and tuna. Guests can enjoy it poolside in a cabana to get the full sensory effect of the dish.
This season, the Executive Sous Chef has added salmon tataki (tuna belly with sriracha caviar) to the selection of appetisers along with the aromatic air bread wagyu beef pocket and his childhood favourite the charred sweet corn salad.
Guests can choose from 11 various types of tempura, sashimi, maki and nigiri before delving into a hot selection of five carefully curated main dishes. Chef Christian firmly believes that his signature wagyu sirloin should always be included in the order when dining at Eclipse.
Sweet tooth guests are welcome to sample any of the seven various types of masterfully crafted desserts such as the best seller peanut caramel bar with homemade salted caramel, or the Japanese sticky rice cake mochi in six district flavours.
