Lufthansa will be launching new scheduled direct flight between Frankfurt, Germany and Ottawa, the capital city of Canada with effect from 16 May 2020.

The five weekly non-stop service will be operated on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays using an Airbus A340-300 with a total of 279 seats in Business Class, Premium Economy Class and Economy Class.

Flight LH472 will leave Frankfurt at 1:45 p.m and arrive Ottawa at 4:05 p.m. local time. The return flight LH473 will depart Ottawa at 5:50 p.m and arrive Frankfurt at 7:15 a.m the next day.

Ottawa is located in southeastern Canada and is a popular destination for tourists and business travelers. Ottawa will be Lufthansa's fourth destination in Canada, after Montréal, Toronto and Vancouver.
