Airlink has from Monday 6 October 2014 added additional flights and frequencies to its schedule operating between Cape Town and Upington. A new flight departing CPT for UTN has been introduced on Mondays and Fridays departing CPT for UTN at 12:15, and departing UTN for CPT at 13:55. On Sundays there are now two flights, the first departing CPT at 10:45 and the second departing CPT at 13:15. The return flights from UTN will depart at 12:50 and 15:00 respectively. Flights operate on 37 seat Embraer 135 Regional Jet Aircraft. The addition of these flights has been in response to customer requests, thereby further increasing choice and flexibility for their itineraries. The addition of flights on the CPT-UTN route follows the recent introduction of services between CPT and WDH where Airlink offers a same day return flight option and double Voyager Miles until 30 November 2015.
