COVID-19: Kempinski Offers Special Cancellation Policy

As the global COVID-10 epidemic rages on, Kempinski Hotels has put measures and policies in place to support their esteemed guests in these challenging times.


As an understanding brand with health, safety and guests' well-being at heart, Kempinski Hotels is supporting their guests in the following ways:


  • For guests that have existing bookings, Kempinski Hotels offer total flexibility to help them change the dates or, if necessary, cancel.

  • For those that are planning a trip in the near future, the hotel will make their decision as easy as possible and will therefore ensure that they can cancel or amend any booking up to 24 hours before arrival, if they are forced to change their plans.

  • Any booking made until 31st May 2020 with an arrival date up to 31st August 2020 can be cancelled or rebooked at no charge, if communicated in writing or by email to the hotel no later than 24 hours prior to arrival.


Going forward, Kempinski Hotels promises to make every possible effort to keep guests informed and to provide them with the level of service required to manage their bookings and plan around these circumstances.
