Southern Sun Timeshare has signed a management contract with the renowned Bantry Bay International Vacation Resort, bringing it into the Tsogo Sun Hotels timeshare resorts portfolio of prestigious properties.
The new contract came into effect on 1 January 2020, taking over from Ovland Management Services, following the retirement of owner Fred Jenkings, at the end of 2019.
Bantry Bay Resort which has 1 785 timeshare owners, is located with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean in the heart of Cape Town’s prime beach area, with two magnificent penthouses and 33 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Southern Sun currently has 44,000 timeshare weeks across six timeshare properties: Beacon Island Resort in Plettenberg Bay; Cabana Beach and uMhlanga Sands Resorts in uMhlanga, with direct access onto the uMhlanga main beach.
Others are Drakensberg Sun Resort in the picturesque Cathkin Park area, Sabi River Sun, a 200-acre golf resort just 10km from the Kruger National Park in Mpumalanga; and Pine Lake Resort on the banks of Lake Longmere in White River in Mpumalanga.
