Air France has further elevated the in-flight experience of its Business Class customers with the introduction of newly created Basque-inspired menus.
From November 2019 to February 2020, Michelin-starred French chef Andrée Rosier and a native of the Basque country is signing the dishes on Air France’s Business class menu on departure from Paris.
On flights departing Paris, Air France has been entrusting the dishes on its Business class menu to Andrée Rosier for the first time.
The chef has created seven dishes including two vegetarian options, available in the Business cabin over the next four months. These gourmet creations influenced by Basque flavours will delight Air France customers.
Andrée Rosier’s dishes on Air France’s Business menu include Tournedos with foie gras sauce, and poêlée landaise; Chicken with shrimp served with paella-style rice; and Koskera-style haddock, shellfish sauce and green vegetables.
Others are Spicy bulgur, lemongrass piperade and fennel; Saithe cooked in coriander-infused butter with Biscay-inspired ginger; Orzo pasta with piquillo red pepper cream and Espelette pepper; and Lamb confit with olives and lemon, pistachio and pepper semolina.
The menus can be enjoyed on flights on departure from Paris to all Air France long-haul destinations and a selection of medium-haul destinations.
