The menu at chic Constantia eatery Blanko in Cape Town, South Africa is getting a refresh for summer, with the addition of a host of new items across both food and drinks offerings.
Shifting with the seasons, the contemporary Italian menu offers a selection of dishes that are sure to satisfy.
New arrivals include additional flavourful salad options, a host of seafood dishes including Seared Tuna with Sauce Nicoise, Baby Squid with Garlic & Chilli and Clams with White Bean, Fennel, Parsley & Charred Bread.
There are also new meaty additions, in the form of Chicken Cotoletta, Sirloin with Pickled Walnut Salsa Verde and Beef & Pork Polpette.
New to the menu are pastas including Vongole and Bolognese and the Pizza offering boasts several new arrivals like Pancetta or Olive, while the new-look dessert menu includes options like Crème Brûlée and Chocolate Pavlova.
The Wine List has also received a summer makeover, with some of South Africa’s finest estates represented, along with interesting varietals from boutique producers.
