Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts Unveils Seven New Dishes

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts is kick-starting 2018 with a burst of gastronomic vision and flavour as the Mövenpick Group, celebrates seven decades of culinary excellence and innovation.

 

To mark the company’s 70th anniversary, its team of chefs have unveiled a menu of seven remarkable dishes that marry the old with the new.

 

 

The new dishes will be available in restaurants at all Mövenpick hotels globally from 10 March to 20 April 2018. The dishes pay tribute to Ueli Prager, who founded Mövenpick in 1948.

 

The news dishes include: Scallops & avocado tartare, salade belle fermière, mille feuille saumon & caviar d’olive, mushrooms and vegetables Zurich style, seafood Casimir, bare beef burger Café de Paris, and carrot waffle.
