Lucky football fans in Nigerian will win Dana Air return tickets at the rescheduled first leg match between Akwa United and Heartland FC on 21 March, in Uyo the Akwa Ibom State capital.
Dana Air’s Media and Communications Manager, Kingsley Ezenwa, said the initiative is to encourage more people to follow the Nigerian league teams and watch their matches live.
According to Ezenwa, Dana Air will also promote the match on its social media platforms while fans can also win tickets and other prizes by participating in the predict and win competition.
The initiatives is only one of many that will come as a result of the airline’s commitment to developing Nigerian Football league and sponsorship of the two Nigerian football clubs.
Dana Air has been keeping to its commitment to supporting the Nigerian Professional Football League. Recently it flew Akwa United as the team headed to Tunisa for a continental match.
The airline is one of Nigeria’s leading airlines and the first and only domestic airline to have taken such initiative to support the Nigerian League players and Clubs.
