Nigeria's Arik Air has completed its migration to Hitit’s Crane solution suite for its operations, becoming the eighth African airline to sign to the Crane Solution Suite.
As of June, the migration to Crane solutions had been completed successfully and Arik Air has already started to use Crane solutions.
Arik Air will now enjoy access to the premium suite of Hitit Crane Solution of innovative products covering passenger reservation, departure control, web site, operations planning, customer care and revenue accounting.
The migration to Hitit’s IT solutions is a key step for growth and excellent service delivery allowing Arik to maintain its market leadership and give its customers a pleasant flying experience.
