Africa's largest cargo operator, Ethiopian Airlines is set to commence dedicated cargo services to Ahmedabad, its fifth cargo gateway in India, with effect from March 28, 2017.

Ethiopian cargo service to India dates back to the early 90’s when it launched its first cargo station in Mumbai.
Complementing the booming economic relations between India and the African continent at large, the airline has also been operating reliable cargo services to Chennai, Bangalore and Delhi.
Ethiopian is the largest cargo network operator in Africa and one of the major global cargo players, serving 36 global freighter destinations with an average daily uplift of 650 tons.
Ethiopian Airlines Cargo operates 8 dedicated freighters including 6 Boeing B777-200LRF and 2 Boeing B757-200F.
