Passenger Experience: Dana Air Launches Self-Service Kiosk

In a bid to enhance the passenger experience of its customers, Dana Air, the customer-centric airline has launched a self service kiosk at the Murtala Mohammed Airport 2, Lagos.

 

The self-service kiosk which is the first at the terminal, enables travellers to book the airlines’ tickets, modify tickets, book on hold, pay for tickets, and even rescheduled their tickets on the spot.

 

The airline's passengers can also check in online using the self-service kiosk thereby avoiding the usual stress associated with check-in queues at the counters.

 

According to the airline, the 24/7 self-service kiosk which also offers information on promos and events, is just one out of the many innovations their customers should expect in 2017.

 

In a related vein, Danar Air has, in an attempt to make its frequent flyer program a truly rewarding experience, partnered with various hotels and cab service providers to give huge discounts to members of their frequent flyer program, Dana Miles.
