Air Seychelles, the national airline of the Republic of Seychelles, has introduced new menus inspired by traditional Seychelles cuisine on board its flights from 1 March, 2016.
The revised meal selection features new entrées, main courses and desserts on all regional and international routes including services to Abu Dhabi, Paris, Mauritius, Mumbai, Antananarivo and Johannesburg.
Highlights of the new inflight dining options include an appetizer of seared tuna with spicy mango salad, main courses of grilled king prawns in Creole sauce and fish coconut curry, and a rich walnut and carrot cake for dessert.
Guests travelling on Seychelles – Johannesburg route in Business Class can now choose from a selection of poached eggs, vegetable quiche or French toast whilst in Economy Class guests will be offered cheesy scrambled eggs, vegetable frittata and American pancakes.
The menus have been designed by a team of skilled local chefs at Skychef Servair, the leading catering business in Seychelles, in consultation with Air Seychelles catering team.
