Yuletide: NCAA Begins Awareness Campaign Across Airport Terminals

The Consumer Protection Department of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has begun a four-day awareness campaign at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja from Sunday, December 21 to Wednesday, December 24, 2025.

The exercise, which will take place across all airport terminals in Nigeria, is aimed at educating passengers on travel safety, rights, timely airport arrival and complaint channels during the festive travel season.

Key features of the campaign were passenger education, distribution of fliers and gifts items to the passengers and other airport users by scores of NCAA Consumer Protection Officers.
