Virgin Atlantic Flies From Manchester to Delhi and Mumbai
As Virgin Atlantic ramps up flying from its home in the north, it is expanding its Indian network with the launch of new services from Manchester to Delhi and Mumbai.
Flights to Mumbai will commence on 19 December, 2020. It will operate three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays using a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft.
Return Economy fares from Manchester to Mumbai start from £473 per person, Premium from £733, and Upper Class from £2,481.
Services to Delhi will start on 5 January 2021 and will operate twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. It will also be operated using a Boeing 787-9. Fares start from £480 for Economy class, £1,135 for Premium and from £2,512 for Upper Class.
The Boeing 787-9 on both routes offer a total of 258 seats including 31 Upper Class seats, 35 Premium Class seats and 192 Economy Delight, Classic and Light seats.
Both flights to Mumbai and Delhi will go on sale on 20th October and will complement the airline’s existing daily services to these two Indian cities from London Heathrow.
