For those who love tailor-made gastronomic experience, a new culinary address has arrived at the famous Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti. It’s called The Vineyard.
The new restaurant occupies the Lodge’s wine cellar and offers guests the opportunity to choose from a tailor-made menu of five or seven courses, where each dish is designed to suit individual preferences and using the finest ingredients of the season.
Available for a supplement, each menu is paired with hand-selected, premium South African wines, all chosen by the Lodge’s sommelier.
The Vineyard complements the safari lodge’s existing dining outlets: Boma Grill, which serves authentic African grilled dishes; Kula’s Restaurant, where panoramic views over the Serengeti combine with African-inspired flavours and international favourites; and Maji Bar and Terrace, the poolside eatery.
Available to all guests staying at the Lodge with advance reservation, a five-course wine pairing menu at The Vineyard is available for a supplement of USD 100 per person, while a seven course menu is available for a USD 150 supplement per person.
