The main highlight of the summer afternoon tea is its emphasis on freshness and fruitiness, with a delectable array of treats featuring ingredients sourced mainly from the Mediterranean region.

Lambert’s summer repertoire includes exquisite creations such as the Raspberry and Tarragon Tart, where aromatic herbs lend an enticing aroma and spice; and the Pistachio and Yuzu Flower, offering an Arabic and Asian twist that blends buttery pistachios, with freshness, and acidity of the yuzu.

Pastry enthusiasts will be captivated by the Coconut and Pineapple, a silky confection made of vibrant pineapple marmalade with lime that adds a burst of zest, perfectly complemented by dark chocolate from Madagascar.

For those seeking a taste of the South of France, the Strawberry and Vanilla Lifebuoy presents a tantalizing combination of fresh strawberries, almond, and schar bread.

Chef Lambert's passion for culinary creativity is further showcased in the Rosemary Brioche Feuilletée, which pays homage to the markets of Cannes.

Inspired by the tradition of receiving fresh herbs with fruit purchases, Lambert ingeniously blends rosemary with apricot to create a delightful pie. Adding a touch of classic elegance, the Almond Cookie with tonka beans and cherry tantalizes the taste buds with its delicate balance of biscuit and vanilla flavours.

The divine Beignet with hazelnut and Sicilian lemon delivers irresistible delicacy, during which a burst of flavour is ignited, and a sense of adventure fulfilled.
