The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi has unveiled the innovative Café Ginori concept bringing Ginori 1735’s artistic craftmanship and playfulness to the resort’s culinary experience.

In collaboration with the renowned Italian porcelain brand Ginori 1735, the first café of its kind to open in the Middle East, marks the next chapter in the global partnership that brings bold and unexpected dining experiences to select St. Regis properties around the world.

Café Ginori at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi is an immersive experience that embodies the essence of la dolce vita and artistic expression in every detail. With beautiful sea view, the warm and welcoming café brings the full flair of Ginori 1735’s artistry, an Italian inspired menu from breakfast to aperitivo and a retail space.

Blending creativity with the fine details of home décor, the café features Ginori 1735’s Domus home décor collection, from the intricately woven Ginori Ondori Azalea fabrics on the cushions and chairs to the precious artisanal wallpaper in delicate petal hues, every element reflects St. Regis’ dedication to luxury and elegance.

A selection of iconic porcelain is available to purchase from the café’s retail space from the Oriente Italiano, Labirinto, Il Viaggio di Nettuno and Diva collections.

The all-day menu of signature dishes curated by the resorts’ culinary experts are paired with Ginori 1735’s Oriente Italiano, Il Viaggio di Nettuno, and Labirinto collections. The menu includes Panzanella, Vitello Tonnato, Ribollita Soup, Eggplant Parmigiana, Truffle Arancini, Sfogliatella, Sicilian Cannoli, Tiramisu and Ricotta Tart.

Café Ginori introduces a new destination for afternoon indulgence with the Ginori Afternoon Tea offering a refined selection of sweet and savoury delicacies served on Ginori 1735 artistic porcelain, paired perfectly with premium teas and coffee.

To celebrate the grand opening of Café Ginori at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort Abu Dhabi, guests were invited to an exclusive celebration on Thursday, May 15th. Guest enjoyed the café’s delicacies, each bite a celebration of flavour, and expertly crafted mocktails infused with quintessential Italian botanicals.

Accompanied by a live painting session, guests were transported to the essence of the best Italian craftsmanship and heritage.

For guests seeking a one-of-a-kind keepsake, the partnership includes a Ginori 1735 coaster set designed exclusively for St. Regis – a bespoke collection of four coasters that draws inspiration from the elegance and glamour of both brands and pays homage to the iconic Bloody Mary, a signature cocktail of the St. Regis brand.

Available online, the St. Regis Ginori coaster set embodies the artistry and celebration of this collaboration, offering guests a lasting memento of the brand’s exceptional hospitality.

This global expansion builds on the connection between the two brands that began with the recently restyled terrace at The St. Regis Venice followed by The St. Regis Riyadh and The St. Regis Downtown Dubai. The first Café Ginori created as part of this partnership opened at The St. Regis in Florence in November 2024.

Café Ginori is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. To make a reservation, please contact +971 2 498 8443 or email restaurant.saadiyat@stregis.com.

Wow! Stunning! Hilton seems to be taking Africa by storm. Just a couple of years back, they opened the first ever in Eswatini.

Thank you for sharing such a detailed review about ethiopian airlines in your post. I am an avid traveller and keep reading flight reviews to assess the options available. Your review particularly drew my attention because you have shared so many pictures to capture every aspect of the flight experience. It is a very nice effort.

I am really tempted to book the next ethiopian airlines ticket and relive your journey. The pictures shared with the post also reflect that you truly enjoyed the travel. Great post! I also like the fact that you have covered nuances about the food and entertainment service through the pictures. It helps people know what to expect on their travel by this airline.
