In an effort to reignite the travel industry across the globe, Booking.com launched the Booking.com Traveller Review Awards, which shines the spotlight on hotels that deliver service excellence while creating memorable stays for guests during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Top honours were awarded to hotels that received a traveller review score of 8.5 and above.
