Shai Salon at Four Seasons Dubai Unveils Galette des Rois

Shai Salon at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is inviting guests to partake in the cherished French tradition of Galette des Rois.

This centuries-old custom, traditionally enjoyed to mark the Epiphany, brings families and friends together over a shared dessert.

Available from January 3 to 6, 2025, guests can either take the galette home or enjoy it while dining at Shai Salon with loved ones.

Senior Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Lambert and Head Baker Suresh have perfected this festive delicacy, using premium French butter and a fragrant orange and almond frangipane filling.

Encased in perfectly laminated layers, the galette offers a crispy exterior, smooth almond cream, and a hint of orange bitterness for a delightful balance of flavours.

Hidden within is a charm (fève), granting the lucky finder the honour of wearing a festive paper crown.
