At Bar Antoine at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, the flavours of the French table are being reimagined in liquid form this spring.
Launching May 7, 2026, the bar’s new cocktail menu - Savoir-Boire - draws inspiration from the ingredients, rituals and indulgences of France’s culinary culture; from buttery croissants and nutty Comté to the sharp bite of mustard.
At a time when London is rediscovering its appetite for classic French dining, Bar Antoine approaches the tradition from a new angle, translating the flavours of France’s bistrots and boulangeries into unexpected, playful serves.
Developed by award-winning Bar Manager Leon Gasco, and under the guidance of the world’s most Michelin-decorated starred chef Yannick Alléno, the cocktail menu pairs emblematic French ingredients with the best of British produce, blurring the line between kitchen and bar.
Hero serves include the Croissant Old Fashioned with croissant-infused cognac and Byrrh; the Cornichon Martini with olive oil vodka; the Peach & Mustard Margarita with tequila, peach eau-de-vie and mustard tincture; and the Fig-Affair Paloma finished with a delicate Comté tuille garnish.
Translated as “the art of drinking well,” Savoir-Boire is also a celebration of French drinking rituals. The menu unfolds across three chapters beginning with L’Apéro, a tribute to France’s favourite pre-dinner moment, followed by Les Classiques, with reinterpretations of classic cocktails viewed through a French lens. The final chapter, Les Rituels, invites guests to linger while theatrical cocktails are prepared tableside.
A new food menu has been designed to accompany the cocktails, featuring classic French ingredients and playful riffs on popular bar snacks. Creative bites include Carabineros prawn toast with tomato and basil; a Pissaladière with caramelised onions, olives and anchovies; and Oeuf Mayo, a crispy soft egg with herb mayonnaise.
Larger plates include a twist on the traditional with the Croque-Antoine, the bar’s cult dry-aged Wagyu Antoine Burger and new addition, The CFC (caviar fried chicken), alongside a rotating selection of French cheeses and artisanal charcuterie, showcasing regional specialities, aged classics and delicately cured meats.
Pull up a seat at the central bar, unwind in a cosy corner with plush seating - made with mohair velvets and woven silks by designer Chanan Minassian - or find a spot in the sunshine on the discreet garden terrace, adorned with elegant greenery, accommodating up to 30 guests.
With Savoir-Boire, Bar Antoine brings French soul to the heart of London, defined by great drinks, vibrant food, and an undeniable buzz. Santé!
