RwandAir Resumes Regular Passenger Flights to London

RwandAir will resume regular passenger flights to the United Kingdom with service to London Heathrow Airport with effect from 3 October, 2020.

The service to London is linked to Brussels and will operate two times a week using a three-class Airbus A330 aircraft.

London is the latest destination to see RwandAir’s post COVID-19 service since it resumed scheduled passenger flights on 1 August, 2020.

RwandAir will also resume regular passenger flights to Ghana with two weekly flights to Accra starting from 14 September 2020.

Currently, RwandAir's post COVID-19 network includes Dubai, Nairobi, Libreville, Kilimanjaro, Da es Salaam, Douala, Cotonou, Kinshasa, Lagos, Abuja, and Accra.

It will be recalled that RwandAir and other international airlines suspended flights to the Uk in March, 2020 following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
