Royal Air Maroc Launches New Nonstop Service to Toronto

As part of efforts to strengthen its international network, Royal Air Maroc is launching a new direct service connecting Casablanca to Toronto, Canada with effect from 8 December 2024.

The direct Casablanca-Toronto service will be operated three times a week, on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The flights will be operated by a Boeing 787 Dreamliners aircraft.

Flights will be scheduled to depart from Casablanca at 16H45 (local time) for an arrival in Toronto at 19H25. Return flights will leave Toronto at 9:30 local time and land in Casablanca at 10:50 (+1).

When launched, Toronto will become Royal Air Maroc's second direct service to Canada, reinforcing the American network. The airline currently has direct flights connecting its Hub from Casablanca to Montreal, New York, Washington, Miami and Sao Paolo which will be re-established from December 7th.

“The forthcoming launch of the Casablanca-Toronto line is first and foremost a response to the high demand of Moroccans living in Canada, especially in Ontario. It will thus strengthen the significant existing offer of the Company, which has operated the historic Casablanca-Montréal line since 1975 and which now operates two flights per day.

Flights to Toronto and Montreal will offer even more convenience and comfort to our fellow citizens living in Canada,” says Mr. Hamid ADDOU, President-General of Royal Air Maroc, who also specifies that “this new line is in line with the Company’s commitments under the Development Plan signed with the government in July 2023. This will undoubtedly contribute to the strengthening of economic relations between the two countries as well as the tourist radiance of the destination Morocco”.
