Royal Air Maroc has received its tenth Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. This delivery marks the first step in implementing Royal Air Maroc’s development plan, following the program agreement signed with the government in July 2023.
The brand-new aircraft, which landed on 24 November at the Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca with the traditional water salute, strengthens Royal Air Maroc’s fleet, particularly its long-haul aircraft family, which now increases from 9 to 10 aircraft.

An 11th 787 Dreamliner is expected to be delivered before the end of this year. With these two additional aircraft, Royal Air Maroc will launch new direct routes to destinations such as São Paulo, Toronto, and Beijing.
With over 50 aircraft in its fleet, Royal Air Maroc is one of the largest airlines in Africa. From its hub in Casablanca, the airline currently flies to over 90 domestic, regional, and international destinations.
