Enjoy three different vintages, including a rosé 2006, each paired with exceptional canapés. Choose from savoury choices such as chicken tender tempura with red pepper coulis and citrus gel; or hand-dived scallop with oscietra caviar and peach carpaccio; or pair with delectable dessert canapés such as a pistachio and strawberry cube with Valrhona white chocolate; and a passionfruit tartlet with caramelised banana.
