KLM Nigeria is enhancing the overall passenger experience of its customers in Nigeria with the introduction of new services that will make it easier to reach the airline in Nigeria.
Starting from 5 July 2022, KLM will serve customers in Nigeria by phone or email through its new call center. The airline’s dedicated agents will be on standby, ready to answer customers' queries, including managing their reservations and more.
How to get in touch
Customers in Nigeria can now easily reach KLM by phone (+234 1 277 80 50) or via email: kl.b2c.ng@Airfrance-klm. The call center is available Mondays to Fridays, from 8AM to 8PM, and Saturdays and Sundays, from 9AM to 6PM.
Personalized Services
As of 5th July 2022, KLM’S Silver, Gold and Platinum Flying Blue members have an opportunity to reach the airline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In order to enjoy this service, have your Flying Blue number ready with you as you make your call. Enter your Flying Blue number after the prompt and you will be directed to the 24-hour helpline.
Are you on the go? For your convenience, KLM’s online self-service options are available on its website and will answer most of your servicing queries. Learn more here.
KLM has been flying to Nigeria for over 75 years. The airline currently operates daily flights between Amsterdam and Lagos using an Airbus A330-200.

Prices in the Sol Torremolinos Don Pablo are the same than two weeks ago.
Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
