Orah Calls For Professionalism and Collaboration Among Aviation Agencies

The Director, Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, FAAN, Mrs Obiageli Orah during Customer Service Stakeholders Sensitization programme at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, called on all agencies to be professional in discharging their duties and to also see other agencies as partners working towards one goal which is service to the customers.

She also emphasized on synergy and collaboration among all agencies in other to create a conducive working environment for each others as that will engender better service delivery and thereby getting good feedback from the traveling public.

Also speaking at the event, the General Manager, Customer Service, Barrister Monica Alphonse, re-echoed the need for the  stakeholders to always treat all customers with the right attitudes, language and be diplomatic in dealing with issues.

The event took place at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Conference hall yesterday August 11, 2025.
