NIM Delegation Visits NCAA, Strengthens Capacity-Building Partnership

A delegation from the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) (NIM), led by its new President, Commodore Abimbola O. Abubakar, visited the Director General of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Capt. Chris Najomo, at the Authority’s headquarters in Abuja on the 25th of March, 2025.

The visit reinforced NIM’s collaboration with NCAA, particularly through the Directorate of Human Resources and Administration (DHR&A), headed by Dr. (Mrs.) Gbem Anastasia.

The institute commended NCAA’s role in human capacity development and invited the Authority to become a corporate member, presenting the DG with a membership lapel pin and a crystal award highlighting the core values of the institute.

Capt. Najomo emphasized that continuous training is vital for aviation safety, while Dr. Anastasia stressed the need for workplace ethics and culture. Some NCAA directors present, reaffirmed their commitment to staff development.

The institute pledged to maintain high training standards, ensuring sustained professional excellence in the aviation sector.
