For one night only, de Soto will unveil a bespoke menu of four cocktails especially curated for Hendricks Bar. A showcase of delicate infusions, unexpected combinations, and globally inspired ingredients, each elixir reflects de Soto’s culinary approach to mixology, and his meticulous craft, offering guests a journey through taste, culture, and imagination.

Guests can experience Tarragon - a bright and herbaceous blend of pear-infused Grey Goose Vodka, stirred with St-Germain, fresh tarragon leaves, pear cider, and topped with sparkling prosecco.

Black Cardamom offers a bold and indulgent mix of Angel’s Envy Bourbon, Amontillado Sherry, porcini, chocolate, black cardamom, and egg - rich, layered, and unapologetically decadent.

For something intriguingly savoury and smooth, Curry Leaf combines peanut butter Grey Goose Vodka, with curry leaves, coconut water, buckwheat, and clarified soy milk. And finally, White Truffle is a luxurious and earthy expression made with Patrón Reposado Tequila, Campari, sweet vermouth, fig leaf, and white truffle.
