New Summer Pop Up Arrives at Four Seasons Hotel Amman

June marks the beginning of summer with the opening of Mezzeh, a poolside summer popup that serves refreshing flavours of the Levant. Located at Four Seasons Hotel Amman by the rooftop pool, Mezzeh is the perfect summer spot for a chic and casual lunch or dinner.

Some of the Levant dishes that guests and locals can enjoy at Mezzeh include an octopus salad with spicy potatoes, marinated grilled shrimp with turmeric and sumac, kebab khashkhash with tomato sauce and za’atar-lemon chicken skewers.

For vegetarian options, guests can enjoy hummus the Four Seasons way with charred leek, tahini paste, pomegranate, and parsley or cabbage stuffed harak osbao with pomegranate molasses. For dessert, the baklava Arabic ice cream is perfect ending to the meal.

Mezzeh is open daily for lunch and dinner from 12:00 noon until 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm until 12:00 midnight. Shisha is available from 7:00 pm. Reservation are recommended by calling +962 6 550 5555.
