This season, Jou Jou Brasserie at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach invites guests to press pause and enjoy lunch the way it should be: relaxed, flavourful, and best when shared.
Starting July 2025 and available Monday to Friday, La Pause is perfect for those who appreciate good food, the comfort of a homemade meal, and a little time away from the rush.
Guided by Chef Gioia Baek’s Italian touch, the three-course menu celebrates fresh, seasonal ingredients with a playful twist. Guests can enjoy a choice of elegant starters such as Ricciola Hamachi with Espelette vinaigrette or a crisp Artichoke Salad.
Main courses range from Fregola alla Norma with Sicilian tomato and salted ricotta, to the indulgent Oxtail Ravioli or Provençale Sea Bream served with mussel jus and kalamata olives.
Round things off on a sweet note with Jou Jou's signature Chocolate and Olive Oil Slice Cake, created by Chef Nicolas Lambert - the kind of dessert that’s sure to make guests smile. For an added touch of indulgence, guests may complement their meal with two beverages for an additional AED 120.

Prices in the Sol Torremolinos Don Pablo are the same than two weeks ago.
Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
