NCAA Lagos Regional Manager Visits Ibadan and Ogun Offices

The Regional Manager, NCAA Lagos Office, Barr Bukola Teriba, paid a working visit to the Samuel Ladoke Akintola Airport, Ibadan, and Gateway International Airport, Iperu/Remo, Ogun State as part of efforts to strengthen engagement with staff and key stakeholders within the region.

During the visit, the Regional Manager paid a courtesy call on the FAAN Airport Manager, Mr. Olugbenga Afuwape, acknowledging the cordial working relationship and operational synergy between the airport management and the regulatory authority.

She commended Mr. Afuwape for his cooperation and continued support in facilitating effective operations at the airport.

Barr Teriba later engaged members of NCAA staff, commending them for their dedication, commitment, and professionalism in the discharge of their responsibilities.

She assured staff of the Director General, Civil Aviation (DGCA), Capt. Chris Najomo's, commitment to their welfare, entitlements, and the provision of a conducive working environment to discharge their duties effectively and seamlessly.

Responding on behalf of the staff, the Acting Terminal Head, NCAA Ibadan Office, Mrs. Roseline Awolere, commended the DGCA for his prompt interventions on issues concerning staff welfare.

She also thanked the Regional Manager for the visit, noting that her engagement with the staff - words of encouragement and recognition - will go a long way in boosting team morale and driving greater workplace efficiency.

Other airports, airstrips, and heliports located in the southwestern region of Nigeria under the Lagos regional regulatory and operational oversight include Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, and Olumuyiwa Benard Aliu Airport, Akure.
