NCAA and FCCPC Partner to Strengthen Consumer Protection

The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), on Thursday, 21st May 2026, at its headquarters in Abuja, held a strategic meeting with a team from the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) led by the Assistant Director, Legal, Mrs. Precious Ichoku.

The engagement is to start discussions on a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen consumer protection in the aviation sector.

‎‎In attendance were the Director, Public Affairs & Consumer Protection, Mr. Michael Achimugu; Director, Legal Services, Mrs. Mary Tufano-Eche; General Manager, Planning & Enforcement, Mrs. Chinelu Daniels; SSA to the DCGA/Head, FO&A, Mrs. Abdulmalik Ifueko; and other senior officials of the Authority.
