Chef Mina Brings New Experience to Four Seasons Hotel Dubai

MINA Brasserie at Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre has announced the highly anticipated visit of globally celebrated chef and restaurateur Michael Mina to Dubai for a curated culinary showcase.

From February 14 to 18, 2026, Chef Mina will personally curate a series of off-menu creations, giving guests a rare and intimate opportunity to experience his signature gastronomy first-hand.

With a career spanning over three decades, Michael Mina has established himself as one of the most influential and distinguished figures in the culinary world. Born in Cairo and raised in Washington, he has built an award-winning portfolio recognised with prestigious Michelin stars and accolades from the James Beard Foundation.

Revered for his talent of fusing cultural influences and the ability to continually shape the dining landscape, Michael Mina has positioned him as a defining name in the world of contemporary cuisine.

This latest visit comes at an exciting time for the Michael Mina brand, as the celebrated chef continues to expand his global culinary footprint with a series of landmark openings.

Most recently, Bourbon Steak San Francisco opened to widespread acclaim, fuelled by a high-profile collaboration with basketball legend Stephen Curry and the adjoining launch of The Eighth Rule bourbon bar. The debut marks a major homecoming for Mina and underscores his status as a visionary in contemporary American dining.

In 2025, the brand introduced Bourbon Steak Delray Beach in March, followed by a new Disney World location in July and Acqua Bistecca in Washington, DC in September. Looking forward in 2026, Mina’s expansion shows no signs of slowing, with upcoming openings including Acqua Bistecca Estero Bay in California and Bourbon Steak Charlotte in North Carolina.
