On Thursday, October 30, 2025, Mercury Rooftop at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach will ascend into a realm of celestial enigma and nocturnal allure.

For one night only, the rooftop bar magnetically becomes the city’s ultimate Hallow’s Eve destination, an exhilarating evening where music, mystery and midnight intertwine under the spell of the planet that rules transformation.

The evening reveals itself at 7:30 pm with the captivating sounds of DJ Alfie, as early guests will be drawn into the night’s orbit, creating an ambiance that shimmers with anticipation, as Mercury Rooftop begins it haunting metamorphosis.

By 10:00 pm a saxophonist and percussionist conjure a pulse and ignite the night with alternating sets and spiralling energy. Heightening the allure, three performance dancers emerge throughout the night from the shadows, each unleashing an eerie elegance and beckoning guests towards the midnight hour.

As the clock nears twelve, Mercury Rooftop enters full eclipse, reaching its most electrifying state as DJ Ace Jammal commands the decks from 11:30 pm to 2:00 am, driving the spooky celebrations into the depths of the witching hour, where shadows dance, spirits rise, and the Hallow’s Eve magic grips every guest.

Completing the evening’s allure, Mercury Rooftop introduces the Spooky Sour Cocktail, a hauntingly playful twist on a gin sour. Crafted with Tanqueray London Dry gin and shaken with Sakura syrup, Sesame Bread & Butter, shiitake, citrus and vegan foam, the concoction is refreshing yet complex.

Served in an elegant coupe glass and crowned with a mysterious garnish that reveals itself only at its first spellbinding sip, the Spooky Sour is the perfect potion to toast the night.
