Kenya Airways Boosts 787 Fleet Reliability with Boeing AHM

Kenya Airways and Boeing have extended their agreement for Boeing’s Airplane Health Management solution to support the airline’s 787 Dreamliner fleet. This was announced at the 2025 Dubai Airshow.

“At Kenya Airways safety and well being of our guests and staff comes first. The extension of this agreement is an important step in our collaboration with Boeing that ensures we continue to have the right tools and capabilities that enable us to predict any safety issues in good time, identify the root cause and address it appropriately,” said George Kamal, Chief Operating Officer, Kenya Airways.

Boeing’s Airplane Health Management solution (AHM) encompasses a suite of robust analytics tools that provide predictive maintenance capabilities, enabling real-time, in-flight customized alerts on numerous systems and components to help predict potential issues before they arise.

By receiving these alerts, maintenance teams are able to identify the root cause of issues and react quickly, deploying the people, parts and equipment needed to service the aircraft – even before the flight lands.
